ON A PERSONAL NOTE

I am a mother of 3 and a stepmother of 4. I understand what it's like to navigate the challenges of family life, and the different dynamics each relationship can bring. It is through my own life experiences, my love of learning about relationships, and how the brain works, that allows me to have deep empathy and understanding of my clients. My participation in ongoing professional development and my own therapy, means I can show up for my clients in the best way possible. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients on a part of their journey, and to witness the growth that can happen in therapy.
